Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by zhen-ke (hereinafter referred to as “the Apps”). It explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our Apps.
We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data or usage information.
- No Personal Data: The Apps do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or location).
- Local-First Processing: Your content — including records, notes, collections, settings, and on-device computations — remains strictly on your device (or in your personal Apple iCloud storage, if sync is enabled). We do not operate any external servers, and your data is never uploaded to us.
- User-Initiated Feedback (where offered): Some Apps may offer an optional “Send Feedback” feature. It generates an email draft containing optional diagnostic details (device model, OS version, app version) for your preview. Information is transmitted only when you voluntarily choose to send the email from your own email client.
2. Third-Party Services and In-App Purchases
- The Apps do not integrate any third-party analytics SDKs, user tracking frameworks, or advertising networks.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent any user information to third parties.
- Apple Services Only:
- Where noted below, an App may contact Apple’s official services (such as App Store / iTunes Search APIs) to retrieve public catalog metadata (e.g., app names, icons, and availability).
- In-app purchases (such as AppStash Pro) are handled directly by Apple’s StoreKit. We do not process, collect, or store any payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
- All communication occurs directly between your device and Apple servers — no user data ever reaches us.
3. Permissions and On-Device Access
The Apps only request or access device capabilities necessary for their core functionality (for example, reading the clipboard strictly on explicit user action). Permissions are never used to harvest or track personal information.
4. Children’s Privacy
Because the Apps do not collect personal data, they comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe any personal data was inadvertently sent to us (e.g., via support email), please contact us, and we will promptly delete it.
5. User Rights and Data Control (GDPR / CCPA)
We respect your privacy rights under global regulations, including the GDPR and CCPA:
- Since we do not collect or store your personal information on our servers, there is no remote user data to access, rectify, export, or delete.
- You have complete control over your data directly on your device: you can export, modify, or permanently delete all records and stored assets at any time within the App’s settings, or by uninstalling the App.
6. App-Specific Practices

Clipboard is read only when you explicitly tap “Paste App Store Link”. Exports are plain JSON files you choose to store or share. If iCloud sync is enabled, data syncs to your private Apple iCloud database — never to our servers. |
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
